Whitney Kennedy

Analyst

Whitney Kennedy (she/her) is an empathetic collaborator and purpose-driven innovator with a background in nonprofit operations and administration, qualitative and quantitative research, and data-driven decision-making. A first-generation college graduate, Whitney is deeply passionate about creating equitable opportunities and dismantling generational barriers through mission-driven initiatives.

In addition to her work with Consilience Group, Whitney serves as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Memphis in the Department of Public and Nonprofit Administration and as an Analyst Intern at Acxiom. In these roles, she applies her expertise in research, data analysis, and storytelling to drive strategic impact and help organizations achieve their goals.

Whitney has contributed to impactful projects, including co-authoring research on gender and philanthropy, developing comprehensive fundraising plans, and strengthening community engagement initiatives. Her ability to connect data and strategy with human-centered outcomes underscores her effectiveness in nonprofit and consulting spaces.

Whitney holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Leadership Studies from Arkansas Tech University and is pursuing her Master of Public Administration with a focus on Nonprofit Management at the University of Memphis.

Based in Little Rock, AR, Whitney actively engages with her community by volunteering with local organizations such as Our House and Immerse Arkansas. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, baking, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with her husband and friends.
