Traci Sampson
As co-founder and Managing Principal of Consilience Group, Traci Sampson catalyzes transformative change for equity across organizations, systems and communities. She blends her passion for social change, creative skills and broad experience across sectors to design and facilitate change in complex environments. She brings over two decades of experience facilitating cross-sector service continuums and systems of care with hundreds of national, state and local social sector, non-profit and private organizations. She has supported over 50 cities in cross-sector alignment to address health equity through the social determinants of health, as well as system change initiatives funded by the U.S. Departments of Health and Human Services, Education, Justice and Housing and Urban Development.
Prior to co-founding Consilience Group, Traci designed and led innovation and professional development initiatives for Fortune 500 companies including Apple Computer, FedEx, and MCI Telecommunications. Traci began her career as an award-winning independent filmmaker developing innovative partnerships for arts and education with a focus on empowering historically marginalized communities to center and share their voices. She holds a Bachelor degree in Fine Art from the Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art.
