Caitriona Hobart, BS
Caitriona Hobart (she/her) is an effective and skillful communicator with a unique ability to deliver complex and nuanced messages with clarity and empathy. She brings to Consilience Group her expertise effectively engaging diverse stakeholders motivating them for collective commitment and action. In her role as Project Assistant, she coordinates company-wide marketing, messaging, and social media efforts as well as provides targeted project management and research support.
Prior to her work at Consilience Group, Caitriona served as the Development and Communications Manager for the Dorothy Day House of Memphis, a nonprofit that provides temporary housing and support services for homeless families in Memphis, TN. At Dorothy Day she supported the coordination and delivery of multiple social media and fund development efforts in support of the nonprofit’s goal of improving overall well-being and independence for the individuals and families served. She also served as a Behavioral Youth Counselor at Youth Villages and has held peer advisor and mentorship internships.
Caitriona’s knowledge of the health and human services landscape is informed by her nonprofit leadership education as well as related professional and volunteer experiences. Caitriona holds a Bachelor of Science in Community and Nonprofit Leadership with concentrations in Environmental Studies and Global Health from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. While obtaining her undergraduate degree, Caitriona balanced positions with various community organizations, including the University of Wisconsin Global Health Institute, Neighborhood House Community Center, Morgridge Center for Public Service, and Canopy Center. Caitriona enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, baking bread, and hanging out with friends and family.
