Andy Nix brings over 25 years of experience in organizational transformation, change management, and strategic consulting, helping non–profit and private sector companies navigate critical transitions and realize their growth potential. With a deep understanding of organizational dynamics and human behavior, Andy excels at helping leaders maintain a high-level strategic vision while guiding ground-level implementation, ensuring that organizational culture, systems, and daily actions align with transformative people-centered outcomes.
Throughout his career, Andy has led organizations and initiatives through periods of rapid growth, leadership change, mergers, and cultural shifts. He has partnered with executives to address challenges, including organizational structure, operations, employee morale, and leadership alignment. His experience spans industries and functions, including Human Resources, Finance, IT, Customer Service, Sales, and Operations working with organizations including FedEx, Methodist LeBonheur Healthcare, Ernst & Young, PeopleCap, and MyCityRides.
Before joining Consilience Group, Andy built and led successful Human Resources and Workforce Development organizations, managed large cross-functional teams, and implemented enterprise-wide projects under tight timeframes. He offers both direct practitioner experience and professional services expertise building transformational capacity of a myriad of clients across sectors and industries. His work has delivered substantial results, such as over $100 million in annual savings for a global shipping company and successful organizational realignment for family-owned businesses facing strategic pivots. Most recently, Andy led the creation of an innovative social purpose non-profit that has empowered thousands of people with transportation as a foundation of economic stability. Andy’s ability to foster collaboration, cultivate client relationships, and design scalable solutions positions him as a strategic growth leader with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for driving change that makes life better for people.
Andy holds an Executive MBA from the University of Memphis and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Rhodes College. Known for his resourcefulness, adaptability, and sense of humor, Andy is passionate about serving the community and currently serves on both the Grace St. Luke’s Episcopal School and Thistle & Bee boards.
