Emalea Rieckhoff (she/her) brings over six years of community development experience to her role as Project Associate at Consilience. She has dedicated her career to driving positive change, working extensively with local non-profits. Most recently, she showcased her operational expertise at City Leadership, an organization committed to empowering Memphis’ next generation of leaders by fostering connections and collaboration across non-profit, business, civic leadership, and education sectors.

Emalea holds a B.A. in Corporate Communications, with an emphasis in management and social entrepreneurship. She excels in operational management, strategic planning, and project management. Her intuitiveness, strong work ethic, adaptability, and positive attitude enable her to thrive in dynamic environments. Emalea is a skilled consensus builder and fosters strong relationships to empower individuals and organizations to create lasting, generational change in their communities.

Emalea is based in Memphis, TN. Outside of her professional life, she can be found at local events and exploring the outdoors with her golden retriever, Roscoe. She loves getting lost in thought-provoking books and podcasts and also enjoys experimenting with culinary creations with friends, always looking to add a touch of fun and innovation to her everyday life.
