With an eye for bringing data to life through visualization, she enjoys creating visuals that clarify insights, surface trends, and inspire action. She has contributed to impactful projects, including multi-year strategic plans, equity-focused evaluation frameworks, and continuous learning tools tailored to help nonprofits, foundations, and community-based organizations measure progress and move from vision to action.

Whitney holds a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Nonprofit Management from the University of Memphis and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Leadership Studies from Arkansas Tech University.

Based in Little Rock, Arkansas, Whitney actively engages with her community through volunteer work with local organizations such as Our House and Immerse Arkansas. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, baking, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with her family, friends, and husband.
