Lyndsey Pender brings over five years professional experience working across domains to improve community access to resources for wellbeing. Driven by a desire to facilitate connection and collaboration within and between communities, Lyndsey brings deep expertise in data collection, analysis and reporting, community engagement, and project management, with a focus in community health and wellness. Born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee, before joining Consilience Group, Lyndsey served as a Senior Research and Evaluation Analyst for The Works, Inc, where she oversaw the collection, analysis and reporting of qualitative and quantitative data to assess impact and inform the development of programs.
Lyndsey earned her MA in Applied Anthropology from University of Memphis where she served as an instructor and lead program evaluator. She holds a BA in Anthropology from Western Kentucky University.
